A campaign led by Jordanian singer Aziz Maraka and Hana Youssry to showcase the Makadi Heights moments. The song that led the campaign was aimed at showing the happy summer moments created in Makadi Heights surrounded by family and loved ones. “El Waat el Helw” was meticulously orchestrated to capture and showcase the joyous essence of summer moments.

The summer is always different at Makadi Heights and this summer, our July festival was one of a kind. Our residents indulged in a variety of activities; from a fun parade and walkabout and the ultimate cinema experience to a delicious food festival and the Wellspring Camp for their little ones. The summer tunes of the DJ by the pool made it a summer experience like no other.

The first of its kind sports camp in Egypt took place in Makadi Heights from the 27th to 29th of April and was organized by Stryx Sports, the top sports services provider in Dubai. A complete weekend of sporting events and entertainment for both kids and adults that provided a variety of youth activities and contests to promote healthy competition among participants.

This ramadan, we decided to do a competition in which one new member, Heba Abou Eid, was added to our big family by winning her all year round home at Makadi Heights. A sohoor event that was filled with the warm and familial vibes of the holy month was organized in honor of her winning.

The entire Makadi Heights family came together to create a magical atmosphere filled with joy and festive vibes. The streets were decorated with twinkling lights and Christmas trees, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of holiday treats. Families gathered to share traditional Christmas meals and the joyful vibes of the festive season.

In the efforts of going above and beyond to satisfy our residents, Makadi Heights surprised a number of its residents from different parts of the world by flying them in and delivering their units earlier than expected. The international DJ Peggy Gou alongside Arab superstars Wael Kfoury and Elissa rocked the stage during the Out of the blue weekend that took place in Makadi Heights from the 29th of June to the 1st of last July. The weekend was organized by The Venture Lifestyle in partnership with We. The stage was lit up throughout the whole weekend and the audience was hyped up like never before.

The event organized by Makadi Heights was comprised of many freestyling champions and professionals who came to Makadi to showcase their insane skills to everyone. The event was fired up by pure talent and excitement. People were on the edge of their seats and blown away by the show.

El Gouna Film Festival was founded in 2017 by Engineer Naguib Sawiris, Bushra Rozza and Amr Mansi and presented under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture. Inspired by El Gouna’s diverse culture and picturesque environment, GFF is nestled in the midst of a groundbreaking cultural hub.

An event was organized in collaboration with Ignite gyms to feature a day of activities, sports and movement. People were encouraged to participate in different sports with the professional coaches present throughout the whole event.

The four days event held at Labranda Royal, supervised by the Egyptian Union for fishing and organized by Makadi Heights and Red Sea Anglers in partnership with WE. The four days of the event were scheduled for different activities with the last one being dedicated to the weighing event and announcement of the winners of the tournament.

The tournament organized by Makadi Heights under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Egypt Tourism Authority. With more than 40 teams and over 400 players participating in the tournament, the finals which took place in Makadi Heights from the 18 - 20 March were attended by representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Egypt Tourism Authority.

Makadi Heights turned its blue lights up at the 4th edition of El Gouna film festival for a night that was to remember with a one of a kind performance from Esseily and fun beats from DJ Ghandoukly. The undeniable energy made the party an unforgettable night.

The event was organized by Bosla Egypt in cooperation with the Red Sea Governorate and the Egyptian Automobile and Touring Club, and sponsored by the Ministries of Defense, Interior, Tourism and Environment. The Rally took place from the 12th till the 14th of December with the participation of 30 teams of rally cars especially equipped for racing, SUVs and off-road.
